Shipping Processing Time

Next Level Leaf partners with Go North Hemp to promote high-quality hemp-derived products. Go North Hemp aims to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days to ensure customers receive their products as quickly as possible. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Shipping Rates and Address Accuracy

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the zip code of the delivery address. To avoid potential delays or lost shipments, we strongly recommend verifying that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing an order. Please note that Go North Hemp does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Upon shipment of your order, a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) will be sent to you. You can track your package(s) via the UPS website. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number(s) to become active.

Delivery Considerations

While Go North Hemp strives for timely delivery, please understand that delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Additionally, UPS does not operate on Sundays, which may impact delivery times.

Reporting Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives with visible damage to the products due to shipping, please contact the customer service team at [email protected]. To qualify for a replacement, you must report any transit-related damage within three days of receiving your order and retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection. Please note that refunds are not issued for products damaged during shipping; eligible cases will receive a replacement.
