Buyer responsibility
Hemp regulations vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for confirming that any product you order is lawful to purchase and possess in your location.
Go North Hemp may refuse shipment to certain states where local laws conflict with federal rules.
Ownership and risk of loss
Because Go North Hemp is the merchant of record, ownership and risk of loss typically transfer to the buyer once the package is tendered to the carrier.
After carrier acceptance, delivery timing and handling are controlled by the carrier.

Next Level Leaf cannot file claims, authorize reshipments, or provide delivery guarantees.
