Go North Hemp does not offer returns for refunds. However, exchanges are available if the product has a significant issue or defect. To qualify for an exchange:
You must report any major issues with the product within 48 hours of delivery.
All reports of issues must include detailed information and images of the problem and be sent to Go North Hemp at [email protected].
No exchanges will be considered after the 48-hour window.
